Meet Dougy
Doug brings 20 years of kitchen craft to every plate, with a deep love for partnering with local farmers to source the freshest ingredients. After years sharpening his skills across a variety of kitchens, he’s now pouring that experience into growing his own business. When he’s not cooking, you’ll find him outdoors—hiking with his dog, skiing, swimming, or paddling a kayak—and at home he delights in casual meals for family and friends and in making art.
